Client Service at Hire By Design is more than a service, it's a value that's built right into each license. Whether helping you customize your recruiting process, answering your post-training questions or responding to your product development suggestions, our Client Service team puts supreme heart and effort into our corporate philosophy of doing things right the first time.
Training
Every Hire
by Design license entitles the license holder up
to two hours of phone/online product training plus
an implementation phone meeting with the license holder's
webmaster. In fact, customizing your hiring center
and familiarizing yourself with your
administration site typically takes far less than
two hours.
User Manual
Most people like the comfort of a user reference manual, even if they never use it. You'll find yours online, in PDF format, accessible from within your administration site. It's always easy to toggle back and forth between admin site tasks and the manual. But if you want to download the manual and print it for your files, it's easy to do. Client Service also provides quick reference sheets to guide new users through the main functions of the administration site.
Support
Client Services is available from 8 am to 5 pm Pacific Standard time, Monday through Friday. There is no fee and no limit on post-training inquiries. We welcome phone queries and maintain a service standard of four-hour response time during normal business hours.
When you email Client Service at support@hirebydesign.com, you work with us to build up a solid knowledge-base FAQ service that continues to increase response time as routine questions about Hire By Design are logged in our database.
